About

A software team grown out of a trading company

Patisco was never meant to become a company. It was a tool Point Asia Co., Ltd. wrote for itself: exporting Taiwanese bicycle parts since 1983, Point Asia saw its customers shift from a few large assemblers to hundreds of small bike shops, and email and Excel could no longer keep up.

Every time we showed it, people said it was a good idea and asked for one too. So we spun it out, with Xinosys dedicated to running it. Point Asia has remained the first user of every system we build: Patisco, PAXIS and Pedaling Forward all ran in its real business before anyone else used them.

So we speak the language of quotes, PIs, lead times and payment terms, and we know what it feels like when sales staff reject a system in peak season. Now we bring that experience to clients in other industries.
