Something you can see and test at every stage
Many clients come to us after a vendor delivered and disappeared. So we split every project into phases, each ending with something you can actually use and accept before deciding to continue.
- 1
Business first, then systems
We start on site with how you do business: why customers buy, where the money comes from and where it leaks, which spreadsheets you use, how documents flow and who confirms what. We bring our own business-development experience to the table and turn it into a briefing covering the business model, costs and regulations.
- 2
A specification you sign
Screen flows, data fields and edge cases, written in your language. Work starts once both sides sign, and scope changes follow a written mechanism.
- 3
Build in phases
We start with the part that hurts most every day. Each phase has an acceptance test, such as “book, get notified and cancel with a real account.”
- 4
Tune it together after launch
Launch is the beginning. We maintain, watch how it is used and adjust — and when a feature changes, the help docs and FAQ change with it.

- With a system behind you, complexity is fine
- We use it before you do
