This website presents Xinosys’s approach, services and work for general information only. Figures and results in our case studies are based on public reporting or our own records; some client and partner names are withheld at their request.

2. The estimator

Hours and timelines from the project estimator are reference estimates based on the features you select. They are not a quote or commitment. Final scope, timeline and fees follow the specification and contract both parties sign after a discovery session.

3. Code ownership and module licensing

We deliver systems in two ways:

· Fully custom: built from scratch to your requirements; once paid in full, all code and ownership are yours to modify, resell or use as you wish · Built on our modules: code written for your project is yours; Xinosys keeps ownership of its existing modules and licenses them to you to use and modify in your own operations permanently, but not to resell or sublicense on their own

After building on modules, you may at any time buy out the modules used (paying the difference to the fully custom price) or purchase a complete system outright. Handover and technology transfer after a buyout are priced separately, based on your team. Third-party integrations depend on the other party’s specifications and are not discounted. Actual rights and obligations follow the signed contract.

4. Website intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, text, images, trademarks and code on this site belong to Xinosys or its partners. Partner and client trademarks belong to their respective owners. Do not reproduce, adapt or use them commercially without written consent.

5. External links

This site may link to third-party websites. Their content and privacy practices are outside our control; please refer to their own terms.

6. Disclaimer

We strive to keep this site accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). The Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute.

8. Changes

We may amend these terms at any time; changes take effect when posted on this site.
