· Contact details: company, your name, email, phone (optional), Taiwan tax ID (optional), company website (optional) · Your needs: your message, and the features you selected in the estimator with the resulting estimate · Technical data: IP address, browser type, system logs

Purposes: to respond to your inquiry, arrange a discovery session, prepare proposals and quotes, and improve this website. Until you press send, the estimator runs entirely in your browser and transmits nothing.

3. How we use it

· Your submission goes into our customer management system (Patisco, also run by Xinosys) and is followed up by the responsible team member · If you provide a Taiwan tax ID, we look up the public company registry to record your company correctly · If you provide a website, we may use AI tools to summarize its public information so we understand your business before we meet · We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to your inquiry

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only as necessary with:

· Service providers: the cloud hosting, database, notification and AI providers that help us run this website and our systems, only to the extent needed to provide their service · Legal requirements: when required by judicial proceedings, investigations or regulators

5. Confidentiality

Any processes, customer data, pricing or other business information you share during inquiries, discovery and proposals is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and deliver your project. If you prefer, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement before the discovery session.

· SSL encryption site-wide prevents interception or tampering in transit · Our customer system uses role-based access control, so only the responsible team can see your data · Forms include anti-bot protection to reduce spam
